Will my kitchen be flat-packed?
No, all units come fully assembled, either ready for painting or pre-painted.
How long will my order take to be delivered?

Can you offer any guidance of what I should order?
Yes, we are happy to take a look at a plan and give you our advice from a member of our experienced team, do not hesitate to ask if you need any guidance or have any questions.
All of our carcasses are made from solid red-wood. Unit facias, doors and drawer fronts are made from tulip wood, with the doors containing a Moisture resistant MDF panel thus minimising the potential of doors warping.
We recommend a tinted water-based Zinsser for the undercoat and Mylands wood and metal paint for the top coat.
The sooner you place an extra order containing more items the more likely we will be to be able to group the order together for a single delivery.
Am I able to paint the interiors?
Yes, you can paint the redwood interiors. However, we personally think its lovely to have the solid wood exposed, it’s rare to have solid wood kitchen carcasses, why hide it!
Can you produce bespoke sizes?
Yes! We can upon request.
Where should I store my cupboards?
If you are not ready to fit your cupboards on delivery, we strongly advise storage in a low-moisture location. As timber is a natural product it is prone to swelling and movement if exposed to such an environment. Please be aware we can not accept liability for poorly stored goods resulting in problems post-fitting.
